Meet Miguel Ángel

Traditional trade manager

My name is Miguel Ángel, and I have been working for six years as the Traditional Trade Manager in Madrid. In my day-to-day work, I coordinate my field team, follow up with customers, and ensure that supplier orders are generated without issues. In the afternoons, I manage the call center, where around fifteen people work handling customer contacts and preparing their deliveries for the next day. It is an intense job, but I enjoy it because there is always something new to learn and every day brings a different challenge.

Why does Miguel Ángel work at Plukon?

  • I have grown professionally from day one and continue learning every day.

  • I work with young, well-prepared teams and experience real teamwork.

  • The company is expanding rapidly, which creates many opportunities.

  •

"There is always room to improve, grow, and move forward as a team."

    Miguel Ángel's workday

My workday always starts with my sales team.

I make sure orders go out correctly, resolve issues, and review everything necessary to ensure nothing goes wrong. At the same time, I handle whatever comes up during the day, because in this sector there are always unforeseen situations and you need to react quickly.

In the afternoon, I focus on the call center. Around fifteen of us work there, contacting customers to coordinate deliveries for the following day. We also support the sales department whenever questions arise. The pace is high, but the work flows well because everyone knows their role and we help each other.

At the end of the day, I leave knowing that we have always moved forward, even if there were problems. And if something cannot be resolved, at least we learn for next time.

    Working at Plukon Spain

At Plukon, teamwork is highly valued. Not only within our direct teams, but also with those above us: whenever I need something, I get it quickly. That is not common in a multinational of this size.

The company is constantly growing, and you can feel it in the atmosphere: a fast pace, continuous challenges, and many opportunities for those who want to progress and contribute. You never get bored here, and you always have the feeling of being part of a large, dynamic project in motion.
