My name is Zulma and I work in the HR department as a plant administrative assistant. Every day I support the organization and internal processes by managing documentation, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring everything is in order. Zulma's workday
Supporting daily operations at the plant.
My workday starts by handing out work clothing to employees, making sure everyone has what they need to access the plant. Then I check emails and record in the system the stock of the product that will be processed during the day - an important step to ensure production runs without interruptions.
Next, I register the daily absences for each department and take care of replenishing the clothing used by operators so that materials are never lacking. Throughout the day, I support the different departments by responding to the needs that arise.
I also manage shift schedules, supply orders, time and attendance control, the review of Social Security sick leave, and the handling of any accidents in the plant. My role is to keep operational and administrative processes in order to ensure the smooth running of the plant.
