
As you probably know, getting new employees these days is quite a challenge. We are constantly looking for fresh, talented people in various disciplines of our company. This is how we can guarantee the continuity of Plukon. We all have a stake in that!
Therefore, we ask you this: will you help us find new colleagues? Perhaps you know someone in your network who would be a good fit for one of the selected vacancies. Referring a new colleague could earn you €500 gross!
How does it work?
Do you know someone who would be suitable for one of the selected vacancies? For example, a friend, family member or acquaintance? Then click on the button below and fill in the details of yourself and the candidate. If your candidate is hired by Plukon and has been employed for 6 months, you will receive €500 gross!

Terms and conditions Happy2Hire
Per vacancy, the HR manager of your own location determines whether this vacancy is eligible for the Happy2Hire programme. When the Happy2Hire programme is applicable, it is mentioned in the vacancy.
- The Plukon employee who refers a candidate (referrer) fills in the Happy2Hire form with the necessary details about the vacancy, the candidate and the referrer himself. Please note: it is important that the referrer completes the form before the candidate applies for a vacancy himself. No exceptions are made for this.
- The Happy2Hire-form can be completed on this page.
- HR will then contact the candidate to see if it is a match.
- At the end of the selection process, HR informs the referrer of the outcome of the selection procedure (hired/rejected). The candidate is then already aware of any rejection. Please note: in connection with the EU general data protection regulation (GDPR), we are not allowed to give intermediate updates to the referrer, nor do we ever share the reason for rejection with the referrer.
- Candidates can only be referred for selected vacancies.
Participation:
- Candidates can only be referred by a permanent Plukon employee.
- Employees of the HR department, Management Team members, hired professionals, recruiters and the managers of the department where the vacancy has occurred are excluded from participation.
- Internal mutations are excluded from the Happy2Hire programme.
Happy2Hire bonus:
- The referrer is eligible for a Happy2Hire bonus the moment he or she refers a candidate, the candidate is hired by Plukon and the candidate has been employed for 6 months.
- Plukon does not have a maximum number of referred candidates per referrer.
- Plukon may change the type and/or amount of the Happy2Hire bonus at any time.
- The bonus amount is the amount advertised by Plukon at the time the candidate’s application was received by Plukon.
- The Happy2Hire bonus will not be paid to persons who do not meet the above conditions or who are suspected of abusing the programme.
- In case of (suspected) abuse, the referrer will be permanently excluded from the Happy2Hire programme.
- The bonus amount will always be a gross amount.
- Payment from payroll takes place in the salary payment following the expiry of the new employee’s 6-month period.
Other:
- Plukon may suspend, terminate or amend the above conditions at any time.
- Candidates cannot be linked to a vacancy afterwards.
- Employees already employed by Plukon (permanent, temporary, seconded, intern, job student, etc.) cannot be put forward as a candidate.
- The referrer must be on Plukon’s payroll during the entire process.
