Meet Paola

Process Control Technician

My name is Paola and I work as a Process Control Technician. My role is to coordinate our customers’ needs with the plant’s operational capacity. What I value most about my job is how dynamic it is: every day I analyze orders, adjust production in real time, and make sure everything fits together so that products are delivered fresh and on time.

Why does Paola work at Plukon?

  • I work in a stable food sector that offers real opportunities to grow and develop myself.

  • I’m part of a collaborative environment where I can always rely on colleagues for support.

  • I find it rewarding to see how good planning keeps the entire plant running smoothly.

  •

"Plukon believes in your potential if you are willing to learn an work."

Paola's workday

The workday is dynamic.

My day starts by reviewing customer orders and analyzing what each department needs to fulfill them: packaging, manual cutting, and other key production stages. From there, I organize the roadmap, adjust quantities, and review the available capacity.

Many times, I need to adapt the planning on the go to ensure that products arrive on time and in the right conditions. Contact with other departments is constant; we depend on each other, which makes coordination essential.

I end the day by making sure everything that has been planned is clearly communicated and prepared for the next shift. When the plant runs smoothly and orders go out exactly as planned, I know the effort has been worth it.

Working at Plukon Spain

Here, work is truly team-based. There is a collaborative and practical atmosphere: everyone contributes their part, and there is always a willingness to solve issues together. The stability of the food sector provides security, while at the same time offering an environment where you can progress if you are eager to learn.

In my case, I started as a packaging operator, then worked in manual cutting, and today I am in planning. This journey helps me better understand each stage of the process and shows that internal growth here is real.
